We believe that the bond between dog and handler is truly the heartbeat of the relationship. It is the foundation, or “Cornerstone” of which it is built upon. Like any relationship, they can be complex, in need of structure, boundaries, clear communication and of course a mutual understanding embodied with love. Understanding your dog’s needs then meeting them daily can be challenging but are essential to the happiness and health of both you and your dog. Having a balance of both mental and physical stimulation is key to a successful relationship.

With us it’s all about the details, from taking shoes off in your home, locking up the house, sending picture updates and double-checking clients notes to ensure overall mood and health of your dog! It’s important to you so it’s important to us, we care about serving and were happy to do it!

Do you have a puppy or a senior dog at home? We know what it feels like to worry about your dog while you’re away. Leaving your dog in the crate all day or home alone for extended periods of time can result in stress, anxiety and boredom. This leads to unwanted behaviors due to lack of mental and physical stimulation. With Cornerstone Canines, it is our goal for your dog to receive a loving and positive experience that breaks up their day with both enrichment and structure

Have you been holding off on that vacation or hiring a dog walker due to your dog’s REACTIVITY? We DO NOT have breed restrictions and are able to work with a variety of breeds and temperaments. However, for the safety of our canine ambassadors and your dog, an initial meet and greet will be required.
